Talk-Through Relays

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANNING OPERATORS

Hardware:

C8-TTU : the (smaller) modules with one thick tail (DIN-8 plug) and one thin tail (DIN-5 plug).

C-TTU : the (larger) modules with two thin tails (DIN-5 plugs) and a 12V power tail.

Link-Tail : the tail (DIN-5 plug) which emerges close by the CAIRO (DIN-7) socket.

Rig-Tail : the tail which emerges at the opposite side; the thick (DIN-8 plug) tail of a C8-TTU.

Configurations:

For Cross-Band Relay (XR), single vehicle (V1) with two rigs, follow instructions only

@ For Cross-Band Relay (XR), two vehicles (V2), one rig in each, follow @ instructions only @

% For In-Band Relay (IR), two separate rigs in each vehicle, follow % instructions only %

$ For In-Band (IR) 'half' Relay with a Dual-Band rig, follow $ instructions only $
